This is a suggested sequence, not a timed tour. Confirm opening hours, access and transport before setting out.
Morning: start with the streets
Begin with Calle Crisologo and take time to notice the buildings rather than rushing between stops. Continue towards St. Paul Cathedral and Plaza Salcedo, respecting any worship or local activity underway.
Midday: stop for lunch
Choose a meal using the Eat guide. Keep lunch flexible rather than booking your day around several tightly spaced reservations.
Afternoon: choose one house
Pick a visit from the Heritage Houses guide after confirming current access. One considered visit leaves more room for conversation, photographs and breaks than trying to fit every house into an afternoon.
