Day one: find your bearings
Begin around Calle Crisologo, then visit the cathedral and plaza area. Choose lunch from the Eat guide and keep the afternoon light after travelling.
Day two: houses and craft
Choose a heritage house with confirmed visitor access for the morning. After lunch, arrange a pottery visit if a workshop can receive you. Reverse these stops if that better fits availability.
Day three: follow your interests
Spend the morning on what you want more of: architecture, food or the details of the old streets. Leave the afternoon open for a second house, a calesa ride or a quiet break.
If your stay coincides with a festival or observance, use its confirmed programme to shape this day rather than adding it to an already full schedule.
